Post surgery

Hyrum went to surgery at 10:09 am

10:45 am. They are trying morphine again. So far so good, but we are still in surgery.

12:04 pm Hyrum did very well in surgery. There was a lot of scar tissue that Dr Rollins had to work around, but he was successful in being able to do it all lapriscopically. 

12:30 we got to see how Hyrum was fairing.

He was found to be doing well. He was using the blow by for oxygen. Was awake enough to know mom and dad was by his side...

And to say yes when his Dad asked if he could rub the feet!

He has been pretty protective of his tummy even when out of it.

When we got to his room, he was super hot. We asked if we could take a picture of his tummy. At first he wasn't so sure...

But then he finally relented.

Afterward, he became upset that he was naked...

So we got him dressed! And he promptly fell asleep. Hasn't really needed the blow by since, but the night is young. And the pain meds are working!
