Heading home

After a few weeks away from home, the kids were ready to head out of town with their "spoils"

Karl especially had a good time at the picnic at the park

 Karl loved helping the Sophono's guys set up their booth

 Hyrum loves wearing the sophono's softband.

But afterwards he was super tired and decided to tuck in his new animals to bed!

When we went to the park for lunch, Karl made good use of the swing set.  He showed the other kids how it was done!

Cookies

The kids had a good reunion this year.  My sister Julie put it on up close to her house.  There is an old school that is empty and only used for city events.  The kids had a good time making cookies.

Our family most hung out as John was working and I was still recovering from vein surgery.  But that was ok with them as that was what we all needed!

Byron Days

We have learned that the city of Byron has a great city days.  With donkey rides.

Karl loved being twirled.  He got super dizzy, but never lost his lunch over it.

 Though he did have a hard time walking afterwards!

Hyrum allergies

Hyrum has informed his cousin that he is allergic to cactus. (He doesn't like the smell)
